It was so energising to bring our global teams together physically and virtually for our first company Town Hall of the year this week. New starters sat next to old timers is amazing to help build team culture. That's Charlie Sharpe in grey, in his 10th year at Battenhall after starting work at the agency at the tender age of 17, sat next to one of our newest team members Isabella B. who has just won her first client in her second week here.
