This role is well suited to someone with good understanding of cyber security procedures and extensive experience of building and maintaining effective working relationships at all levels from team members to senior executive levels. 👔General Manager The General Manager will be the main site contact lead who includes overseeing facility operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and leading a multidisciplinary team. With only 43% of UK employees feeling supported by their managers, it’s clear we need to do better. The solution? Regular training to equip managers with skills like empathy, active listening, and wellbeing support — the keys to retention, productivity, and a happier, healthier workforce. 💼 Mental health absences cost UK businesses £19.5bn annually, but investing in manager development can reduce this. ✅ Here’s how: Prioritise wellbeing over performance. Build trust through role modeling healthy behaviors. Align management style with company culture. Foster a sense of community in the workplace.     At Westfield Health, we believe in giving back in ways that make a real impact. That’s why we’re so proud to share how one of our recent donations is helping bring comfort and connection to families during life’s most challenging moments. ❤ We donated to Tameside and Glossop NHS Charity towards two new Swan Beds for Tameside hospital. With our contribution, the two beds now allow loved ones to stay overnight when a patient is nearing the end of life. For families, this means so much more than just a bed – it’s the chance to be close, to hold a hand, to share memories, and to be together when every moment counts. ❤️ The Impact of Our Support: Every year, around 100 families at the hospital navigate these deeply emotional times. With these new beds, families now have a comforting space to remain by their loved ones’ side. Already in use nearly every day since their arrival, these beds are helping foster an environment filled with compassion, dignity, and respect. This donation has given the hospital an even greater ability to support families and enhance the quality of end-of-life care, ensuring patients and families can stay connected in the most meaningful ways.
