Because of it's mobile function easily to set-up at different locations. Bringing sports even closer to the workplace and making it accesible to every business. 14 colleagues, 136 miles, and a shared mission! A group of our dedicated colleagues, succesfully cycled an impressive 136 miles for Alzheimer Nederland last week. During the ride, they created memories that they will never forget. Memories that are invaluable to them but become unreachable for those with Alzheimer's. We are proud to share that we have reached 70% of our fundraising goal. The team couldn't have done it without your support and thank you to everyone who has donated so far. This journey spans 136 miles, driven by passion and a shared goal to support research and care for those affected by Alzheimer's disease. We are proud and inspired by their dedication. May is Mental Health Awareness Month!   We've put together a video featuring our colleagues from High Five Health Promotion and Westfield Health sharing how they incorporate (more) movement into their lives to enhance their mental wellbeing. Whether it's walking to work or stretching the legs on bike rides. It's incredible to see how different forms of movement benefit us all.   At High Five we understand that mental and phyical health are interconnected. Just as we exercise to keep our bodies fit and healthy, it's equally important to engage in activities that support our mental wellbeing. Our mental health affects every aspect of our lives - from how we perform at work to how we interact with loved ones.   Let's take even more steps together towards a healthier body and a healthier mind!

Every year in May, we focus on the importance of mental health. Mental Health Awareness Month contributes to creating a more inclusive, understanding society. This year, it's all about "Movement: moving more for mental health."   At High Five, we understand better than anyone how crucial it is not only to care for the physical health of our employees but also for their mental wellbeing. Feeling mentally healthy is a state of wellbeing in which we realise our own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and are able to make a contribution to the community that we live and work in.   Our support for Mental Health Awareness Month emphasizes the importance of a healthy balance between work and personal life. It is our joint responsibility to create an environment where movement is encouraged, during and after work hours!
