We were delighted to take part in the Jersey Construction Council annual Brick Foundation Golf Day on Friday 6 September, drawing in golfers, and sponsors for a day of friendly competition and charitable giving. AC Mauger have been awarded the contract for the remedial works at FB Cottages following the damage caused by Storm Ciaran. We are going to be working on 16 properties, works include strip out; structural and roof repairs/renewal; kitchen and bathroom repairs/renewal; new walls, floors and ceilings; redecoration; and external works. We’re looking forward to working with the FB Housing Trust at Maillard & Co on this project, helping residents return to their homes. #construction #jerseyci #sthelier #stylegroup #acmauger #fbcottages

📢 New project – 40 King Street 📢 AC Mauger are delighted to have been appointed as the contractor for the redevelopment of the old Top Shop building on the corner of New Street and King Street. Taking the existing building, we are adding a further storey on top and providing 5 apartments over the top three floors. The ground floor will be a Cat A fit out ahead of a commercial lease to a retail outlet (as yet unknown). Externally, the works include a stone façade, EWI and a decorative frieze.
