31 Queen Street-Watch it evolve Week 28 Works continue to progress well at our project at the above project with all structural works now complete, roof coverings, windowa and external render well advanced along with partitions, plastering, decoations, mechanical and electrical works progressing internally. Next week will see another milestone reached as the temporary roof will be removed and new feature staircase and lift next to follow. An office refurbishment on the Esplanade in St. Helier is nearing completion. The open-plan office set-up incorporates a client suite, boardroom, three meeting rooms, breakout spaces, and various collaboration areas. A contemporary, minimalist design in neutral colours with biophilic elements, and accents of grey, warm neutrals, green, and terracotta. 31 Queen Street-Watch it evolve Week 22 Works have moved aling at pace and a key milestone was reached recently with the removal of the temporary propoing and shoring meaning the fit out works could start in earnest with joisting complete to the roof and floors with plywood flooring installed throughout, plasterboarding to walls and ceilings is well advanced with plastering underway, a new concrete slab has been poured to the rear of the ground floor to receive the lift and stairs, new feature windows have been installed to the first and second floor by our sister company Stylewindows Soon to commence will be the roofing and insulated render.
