We have published new guidance to help employers understand their legal obligations and better support disabled employees with hybrid working. Employers have a duty under the Equality Act 2010 to make reasonable adjustments, meaning they must take steps to remove, reduce or prevent obstacles faced by disabled employees. Making these adjustments creates environments where staff can feel more comfortable and be more productive at work. Read our guidance here: https://orlo.uk/otGoa
