How to Use AI to Attract and Retain World-Class Talent Guest: Horst Gallo, Chief People Officer at Orion Innovation 📃Overview: AI is transforming talent attraction by optimizing candidate sourcing, engagement, and data-driven decision-making. AI-driven tools improve efficiency in identifying suitable candidates, while personalized communication enhances the candidate experience. Ensuring fairness is crucial to avoid AI bias, requiring careful oversight. AI also brings cost savings, particularly in screening and administrative tasks, but human recruiters are still vital for relationship-building and nuanced decisions. In the next few years, AI's role in recruitment will expand, becoming more adaptive and proactive in identifying and engaging talent.

We are excited to partner with Confirm for the first learning program to learn about Organizational Network Analysis! This Hacking HR's Crash Course: "Redefining Performance Management Using Organizational Network Analysis (ONA)" introduces advanced concepts that redefine how organizations assess and manage employee performance. ONA addresses the challenge of increased number of employee touch points and lower managerial visibility by analyzing both formal and informal networks within an organization, offering data-informed insights that enhance visibility and optimize performance management. Participants will learn how ONA uncovers hidden influencers, improves collaboration, and aligns performance with organizational goals, particularly in distributed teams. The Crash Courses shows how integrating ONA into existing performance review frameworks can create a more inclusive, agile, and effective workplace culture. Leveraging key ONA metrics—such as centrality, density, and betweenness—improves the ability to identify bottlenecks, improve team dynamics, and set data-informed performance goals. In addition to technical knowledge, this course covers strategies for managing cultural transformation, addressing bias, and fostering inclusivity through network analysis. Participants will gain practical insights on how to redesign traditional performance systems, enabling leaders to drive collaboration and innovation across their organizations. Coming at the end of October! Find out more: https://lnkd.in/gZmtPUy6

This year we launched our Certificate Programs and Crash Courses, and next year we are hoping to launch our first Certification. This is all under our academic brand the "People and Culture Strategy Institute". Today we are so excited that our trademark was approved... The "People and Culture Strategy Institute (PCSI)" (powered by Hacking HR) will show in the diplomas offered in our Certificate Programs and Crash Courses. ------ Why the PCSI? Because: 1. The people agenda is not an HR agenda anymore. The "people agenda" is now a fundamental, if not THE most important, component of business strategy. More and more business leaders are getting involved in the people space. That's why anything for the development of "people people" has to serve HR professionals, but also those outside of HR. 2. Culture IS eating strategy for breakfast. No, no. Scratch that. Culture is eating strategy for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Culture has become the competitive advantage. Seriously, though, culture IS the strategy. Do you want a successful, competitive, sustainable, profitable, impactful organization where people also succeed? Then you must operate at the intersection of people and culture and strategy. One should not be, and will not be, without the other. 3. Last, learning programs for the advancement of HR and the people/culture agenda have to have these components: a high degree of pragmatism; trends and foresight; and, in our view, the most important, vision. Most existing programs lack the three. These are the three main reasons why we are so excited about this! ------ Finally, we are about to announce soon that our event series, certificate programs and crash courses, will all offer Credly's digital learning badges and they will be available at no additional cost to all our premium members. Stay tuned!
