Charlotte Elizabeth Gascoyne was born on 16 October 1797 at Childwall, Lancashire, England.2 She was the daughter of General Isaac Gascoyne and Mary Williamson.1,3 She married Rear-Admiral Hon. George Pryse Campbell, son of John Campbell of Cawdor, 1st Baron Cawdor of Castlemartin and Lady Isabella Caroline Howard, on 13 October 1821 at Otterden, Kent, England.1,2 She died on 14 October 1873 at age 75 at 71 South Audley Street, London, England.2

Vice-Admiral Hon. Philip Wodehouse was born on 16 July 1773.2 He was the son of John Wodehouse, 1st Baron Wodehouse of Kimberley and Sophia Berkeley.2 He married Mary Hay Cameron, daughter of Charles Cameron and Lady Margaret Hay, on 7 May 1814.1 He died on 21 January 1838 at age 64.1

He was given the name of James Boyd at birth.1 He was styled as Lord Boyd between 1728 and 1746.4 He fought in the Battle of Culloden on 16 April 1746, for the English, on opposing side from his father.4 In 1751 he was allowed to inherit Kilmarnock lands.4 On 19 August 1758 his name was legally changed to James Hay.4 He succeeded as the 15th Earl of Erroll [S., 1452] on 19 August 1758.1 He succeeded as the 16th Lord Hay [S., 1430] on 19 August 1758.1 He held the office of Representative Peer [Scotland] between 1770 and 1774.1
