The WeBuyCars Dome, previously known as the TicketPro Dome, Coca-Cola Dome, The Dome at Northgate, and MTN Sundome, is a defunct indoor arena and car showroom located in Randburg, north of Johannesburg, South Africa. The showroom accommodates over 1,000 vehicles and covers about 11,000 square metres. The Dome opened on 8 April 1998 with a concert by Diana Ross in front of a 15,000 strong audience. Nelson Mandela made a surprise appearance on stage during the official opening. [1] The arena closed on 7 September 2021 due to being sold; as of March 2022, it is now used as a car showroom. [2]
The WeBuyCars Dome is situated adjacent to Northgate Shopping Centre on the corner of Olievenhout Avenue and Northumberland Road, in the suburb North Riding, a short distance west of the N1/Western Bypass highway.
The venue is 45 km from O. R. Tambo International Airport, 16 km from Lanseria Airport and 20 km from the Sandton business centre.
On 8 May 2005, Avril Lavigne held a concert Bonez Tour in support of her second studio album, Under My Skin .
On 20 May 2001, Irish vocal pop band Westlife held a concert for their Where Dreams Come True Tour supporting their album Coast to Coast .
On 25 October 2015, South African hip hop recording artist Cassper Nyovest announced that tickets to his upcoming show at the venue titled #FillUpTheDome had sold out. He is the first South African hip hop act to accomplish this feat.
On 1 and 2 May 2016, American pop-R&B diva Mariah Carey performed at the Dome for The Sweet Sweet Fantasy Tour .
On 5 August 2017, the NBA Africa Game was held at the Dome. [3]

Northgate Shopping Centre is a shopping centre in Greater Johannesburg, South Africa. It is located in Northgate, Randburg. It has one of the few remaining functioning ice-rinks in the area. It also houses the WeBuyCars Dome on the premises, a primary venue for entertainment, expos and concerts in northern Johannesburg.

The Sounds Live Feels Live World Tour was the second headlining concert tour by Australian pop rock band 5 Seconds of Summer, in support of their second studio album, Sounds Good Feels Good. The tour started on February 19, 2016 in Nagoya, Japan at the Nagoya Congress Center and concluded on October 5, 2016 in Sydney, Australia at the Hordern Pavilion. The tour's title is in reference to 5 Seconds of Summer's 2015 album.
BMO Stadium, formerly Banc of California Stadium, is a soccer-specific stadium in the Exposition Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. It is the home of Major League Soccer's Los Angeles FC and the National Women's Soccer League's Angel City FC. Opened on April 18, 2018, it was the first open-air stadium built in the City of Los Angeles since Dodger Stadium in 1962. Constructed on the site of the former Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena, it is located next to the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and just south of the main campus of the University of Southern California. Los Angeles FC subleases the site from the University which has a master lease with the LA Memorial Coliseum Commission for operating and managing the Coliseum and stadium properties.
The Wings Tour, also known as 2017 BTS Live Trilogy Episode III : The Wings Tour, was the second worldwide concert tour headlined by the South Korean boy band BTS to promote their second Korean studio album, Wings (2016). The tour began on February 18, 2017, and concluded on December 10, 2017, in South Korea. It visited 12 countries including Brazil, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong (city), and the United States. The tour gathered 550,000 fans, making it the band's second biggest tour to date.
