The Riverbend Maximum Security Institution (RMSI) is a prison in Nashville, Tennessee, operated by the Tennessee Department of Correction. The prison opened in 1989 and replaced its 100-year-old neighbor, the Tennessee State Penitentiary. RMSI, which is made up by 20 different buildings, sits on 132 acres (0.53 km2) located off Cockrill Bend Boulevard in Nashville, TN. Riverbend's designated capacity is 714 offenders. Of that number, 480 are classified as high risk.
Riverbend is a neighborhood in southwest Columbus, Ohio. Riverbend itself is a single subdivision that is located next to Big Run Park. Because Riverbend is at the southwest border of the city, it was not annexed into the city until the late 1960s. A major road that serves as the northern boundary of the neighborhood, Clime Road, has segments that have yet to be annexed into the city.

Riverbend Music Center is an outdoor amphitheater located in Cincinnati, Ohio, along the banks of the Ohio River. It has a capacity of 20,500 and was built for the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, to allow them to play in an outdoor venue during the summer months. Its location is directly adjacent to Coney Island water park and Belterra Park. Famed architect and 2012 Driehaus Prize winner Michael Graves designed the building. The venue is owned by the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, booked and operated by its subsidiary, Music and Event Management Incorporated (MEMI) and also partners with Live Nation.
The Loxahatchee River is a 7.6 mile river near the southeast coast of Florida. It is a National Wild and Scenic River, one of only two in the state, and received its federal designation on May 17, 1985. The source of the Loxahatchee River is in Riverbend Park on the south side of Indiantown Road about 1.5 miles west of I-95 and Florida's Turnpike in Jupiter, Florida. The Loxahatchee River flows out of the Jupiter Inlet and into the Atlantic Ocean. This river was the inspiration for Florida film producer Elam Stoltzfus' 2005 project Our Signature: the Wild and Scenic Loxahatchee River, a film done in conjunction with the Loxahatchee River Preservation Initiative.

Riverbend is a residential area in the southwest portion of the City of Edmonton in Alberta, Canada. It was established in 1972 through Edmonton City Council's adoption of the Riverbend-Terwillegar Heights District Outline Plan, which originally guided the overall development of Riverbend and Terwillegar Heights to the south, and the Riverbend Implementation Plan. As of 1978, Riverbend was the portion of the outline plan area that was within Edmonton's city limits as they existed at the time. In 1979, Edmonton City Council adopted the Riverbend Area Structure Plan to guide further development of the southern portion of Riverbend.

Edmonton Riverbend was created by the 2012 federal electoral boundaries redistribution and was legally defined in the 2013 representation order.
