Red Bull Wololo IV is an Age of Empires II tournament hosted by Red Bull.
About[edit]
Two qualifiers are held for the event with open registration for 512 players for qualifier 1 and qualifier 2. 4 players will qualify from each qualifier to participate in the main event.

Format[edit]
- 1 versus 1
- Empire Wars
- Single-elimination brackets
- Rounds 1 & 2 (round of 512 & 256) is Bo1 on Runestones where players can pick any civ
- Rounds 3, 4 & 5 (round of 128, 64 and 32) is Bo3, without a draft before the series
- Round 6 is Bo5 with the draft noted below
- Round 7 is Bo7 with the draft noted below
Civ Draft[edit]
- Players alternate picking civs in the order of A, B, B, A, A etc. until 7 civs for Bo5, or 9 for Bo7
- Players then ban one of their opponents civs, leaving them with 6 civs to use over the 5 games (or 8 civs to use in a Bo7)
- Players may not use a civ that they have drafted more than once
