Dr Senthil Kumar Arumugam is an Assistant Professor of Professional Studies, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore, India. His areas of specialisation are HRM, E-Commerce, and Finance. He secured a PhD degree in Commerce from Bharathiar University, India, in 2014, and completed his M.Phil in Commerce from Madurai Kamaraj University in 2003 and M.Phil in Computer Science from Periyar University in 2007. He got a Master of Commerce degree from Bharathiar University in 2001 and a Master of Computer Application in 2005. He has qualified in the NET for Lectureship, India, in 2012. He has 22 years of teaching and research experience. He is an author of 48 research articles and four book chapters. He received four best paper awards for research articles. He has presented 55 research papers at International and National Conferences. Currently guiding two PhD research scholars in Christ University, Bangalore.
Dr Kavitha Desai
Dr Kavitha Desai is an Associate Professor and Head, Department of Professional Studies, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore, India. Her areas of specialisation are Finance and Management. She has more than 20 years of teaching, research, and admin experience. She awarded PhD in 2009 from Sri Venkateshwara University, India. She is a Governing Council & Academic Council Member, AIMS, Bangalore. She acted as an Organised Secretary in International Conference on Driving and Sustaining High-Quality Business Education across Asia, International workshop on Developing a Comprehensive Outcomes Assessment Plan in the Context of IACBE Accreditation, NAAC Sponsored National Conference on Usage of Technology in Higher Education. She is an author of more than 40 research articles, books, and book chapters. She has guided seven PhDs and currently guiding three PhD research scholars in reputed universities.
Prof. Biju Toms
Prof. Biju Toms is a Director and Associate Professor in the School of Commerce, Finance and Accountancy, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. His areas of specialisation are Human Resource Management, Banking, and Leadership. He obtained Master in Human Resource Management and Post Graduate Diploma in Tourism Administration from Pondicherry University in 2006 and 2009. He got a BIIT degree from Overseas Training Services, Tokyo, Japan, in 1997. He holds a B.Sc degree in Physics from Calicut University in 1987. He has qualified in UGC, National Eligibility Test for Lectureship in Management, India, in 2018. He has 22 years of teaching and admin experience in the commerce and management disciplines. He has acted as a resource person in various leadership programmes and organised various national and international conferences and workshops. He is working on an externally funded CIMA research project.
