Our client is a China-based Global Asset Management firm located in Singapore, specializing in providing high-quality asset management and investment strategy services to global investors. Due to business expansion, we are seeking an experienced and talented Investor Relations Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Description



  1. Independently Manage Institutional Investor Relationships: Take sole responsibility for managing and deepening relationships with mainstream buy-side investment institutions globally, particularly in Singapore's primary and secondary markets, including funds, insurance companies, pension funds, family offices, etc. Conduct regular communication, identify needs, convey information, and negotiate collaborations.


  2. Investment Strategy & Performance Presentation: Clearly and accurately communicate the company's investment strategies, performance, and market outlooks to institutional investors, enhancing the company's brand image and influence. Attract potential investments and deepen existing relationships.


  3. Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis: Continuously track and analyze domestic and international market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor information, providing support for the company's investment decisions and adjusting investor relations strategies accordingly.


  4. Roadshows & Meeting Organization: Plan and execute investor roadshows, one-on-one meetings, seminars, and other events to effectively communicate company value and strengthen engagement with investors.


  5. Crisis Management & Sentiment Monitoring: Promptly respond to market changes and potential crises, formulating and executing mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's reputation.

The Successful Applicant



  1. Work Experience: 8-10 years of experience in investor relations or strategic relations, with a proven track record of successfully managing large institutional client relationships in financial institutions or asset management firms.


  2. Market Familiarity: Deep understanding of Singapore and global capital markets, particularly the operational models and preferences of mainstream buy-side investment institutions in primary and secondary markets.


  3. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling seamless cross-cultural communication.


  4. Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficient in using various financial tools for market analysis, and familiar with CRM systems and other office software.


  5. Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university, preferably in finance, economics, management, or related fields.


  6. Personal Qualities: Integrity, strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork spirit, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
