The iconic 長榮®, EVERGREEN LINE® name, "EVERGREEN global with Polaris inside" image and related logos ("LOGO") are registered or used trademarks and/or service marks of Carrier in Taiwan and other countries and are protected by laws including, but not limited to all worldwide applicable copyright and trademark laws and regulations. Unless otherwise agreed by Carrier in writing, User may not copy, distribute, change, or use the LOGO that might exist a likelihood of confusion on relevant consumers.
Any request for the use of trademarks, trade names or copyrights used and/or owned by Carrier shall be made to Carrier for further approving and executing a licensing agreement.
