EXCLUSIVEPixie Lott drops her party girl past to take son Bertie, 10 months, on tour with her as she opens up about her musical return after ten years

Pixie Lott is making a musical comeback but she has dropped her party girl image and will be taking her son, Bertie, on tour - having to give up most of her bag space for him.

The 33-year-old rose to fame with her hit debut album, Turn It Up, in 2009 and has celebrated three number-one hits singing about partying and heartbreak.

However, the singer appears to have traded in the club nights and is now a working mother, as she was pictured today feeding her 10-month-old son while on the go between shows at London Fashion Week.

Sporting her usual peroxide blonde locks, the new mother wore a floor-length camel overcoat over a short trouser suit.

She told MailOnline that having her baby last November has had ‘a big impact’ on her and she is now ‘making the album I wanted to make’ - Encino - due to be released 27 September.

The Girls and Boys hitmaker has revealed she is taking Bertie on the upcoming tour and said: ‘I wouldn’t go without him. He’s my top priority. But I’m used to having a million bags when on tour.

'I still have a lot but Bertie’s stuff takes up most of the room now, it’s all the equipment we need now - we have to make sure about the car seat and the buggy.

‘I’ve never actually done the tour bus thing but we now have to sit down and sort everything out like hotel stays, logistics and making sure he’s my top priority.’

It comes after the former party girl was seen bottle-feeding her 10-month-old baby in between fashion week shows.

It’s been 10 years since the pop star released music, she was 23 when her last album Pixie Lott was released, and she has spent five years penning her latest album to go on tour.

Speaking about re-entering into the music industry, Pixie said: ‘I was just so excited to be back.

'I can’t wait to sing the new songs, I love singing the old stuff - I have some good memories with them - but for an artist to be singing songs that they’ve taken so long creating and making it’s a great feeling.'

While away from the studio, Pixie has starred in a Christmas musical film released next year - Christmas Karma - opposite Hugh Bonneville, Danny Dyer and Eva Longoria with Gary Barlow writing the music.

The mother-of-one shared some tips on feeding her newborn and said: ‘I’ve been using Tommee Tippee - which creates products for parents juggling work and parenting - and their Anticolic Bottles which are leakproof and he absolutely loves them as well as the bottle warmer from the same brand.

‘I was breastfeeding, then pumping as well. Also, he likes Kendamil milk, which is great for on-the-go. So we’re doing a mixture depending on what my schedule is.’
