Emily, who has starred on the show set in West London since 2016, previously dated co-star Harvey Armstrong before dumping him after he bedded another woman behind her back and lied about it before he was caught out.
On the E4 show she was forced to confront Harvey over his lies after he was pictured with his arm around an unknown girl at an after party – causing Emily to rightly suspect he had betrayed her.
