The Season 5 finale of The Kardashians debuts on Hulu at midnight EST, with the streaming service dropping a final trailer before it arrives.
The preview attached to last week's penultimate episode teased that most of the family would be taking a test to determine their 'biological age,' and see if their bodies are actually older or younger than their actual age.
The trailer - posted to The Kardashians Instagram - shows part of the process that Kim Kardashian, who visited a prison in the penultimate episode, Khloe Kardashian, Kris Jenner and Scott Disick went through.
They all met with a doctor who takes their blood for the test, while Scott seems genuinely surprised that Khloe actually wants to live a longer life.
While this process is ongoing, the siblings take to confession where Kim claims momager Kris is lazy and Khloe bashes Kourtney's 'disgusting' healthy diet.

'You're trying to live longer?' Scott asks, as Khloe says, 'Yes,' as Scott adds,' For what?'
'To be with my kids,' Khloe says, as Scott replies, 'Ah, got it,' as Khloe says in confession, 'I honestly feel like all of my sisters would be probably younger.'
They show a bit of the process of collecting the blood needed for the test, as Khlo continues, 'Kourt works out, she eats great, I mean, disgusting. Avocado smoothies?'
Khloe continues by listing off the food she loves like, 'ice cream, cookies, Goldfish, Wheat Thins, cereal.'
Back in the room, Kim asks the doctor if this process will hurt and he says it won't, as she adds in confession, 'I definitely think I'm going to be younger, just for like how much health and wellness and everything that I do. I would be like, OK it's all a scam.'
Kim is seen putting her blood on the strip as she says in confession, 'My mom is getting her blood drawn at her house next.'
Khloe adds in confession, 'My mom, she loves her martinis and she doesn't love to work out.'
Kim adds in confession, 'She calls it 'pilate-y.' She can't even finish the f***ing name Pilates. She's so lazy and can't even do it.'

Season 5 of The Kardashians marks the end of Hulu's current commitment to the show, when they renewed it for 20 more episodes in May 2023, just before Season 3.
Hulu has yet to announce any further plans for the show - either a renewal or cancellation - at this time.
