Although she didn’t detail the cause of her injury, Frankel took the opportunity to thank a small business owner who came to her rescue.
She was grateful to the woman for offering rubbing alcohol to disinfect her cuts and for carefully applying Band-Aids to her painful scrapes.
The trip comes after Bethenny landed in hot water once again after posting a TikTok about the residents of the Hamptons.
She took to her social media last week to share her thoughts on the popular seaside community in Long Island, New York, claiming it's not only for 'rich people' but also for minorities.
