Christina Hall did not sign a prenuptial agreement with her estranged husband Josh Hall, it is claimed - as he requests alimony.

They filed for divorce on July 15 less than three years after their wedding, and Christina, 41, has petitioned the court not to have to pay him spousal support.

However Josh, 43, a former police officer turned realtor, reportedly wants both alimony and half of their community property.

One of their joint assets is their $12.6 million mansion in Newport Beach, California, which has both their names on the title, according to Us Weekly

Josh - a consulting producer on his wife's shows Christina On The Coast and Christina In The Country - also allegedly hopes to evenly split the rights to the TV series they contracted with, produced or developed together during the marriage.

'Christina works very hard and is successful. She felt like Josh was not contributing enough to the household,' one source claimed.

Meanwhile, a separate insider maintained that Josh was professionally active the whole time that he and Christina worked together.

Christina wore a tense expression - but still had a ring on her wedding finger -when she was spotted this Wednesday leaving her attorney's office in Orange County.

It emerged earlier this week that Christina has returned to filming her upcoming HGTV show The Flip Off without Josh.

The Flip Off is a sequel series to Flip Or Flop, the reality show that catapulted Christina to fame alongside her first husband Tarek El Moussa a decade ago.

Josh and Christina, 41, were meant to star on the new program opposite Tarek, 42, and his current wife Heather Rae El Moussa, 36.

When Josh and Christina filed for divorce last week, they ignited a firestorm of speculation about the future of the project.

Now, however, it has emerged that Christina is back to work on The Flip Off absent Josh, according to multiple insiders who spoke to People.

It remains to be seen whether any footage Josh may have already filmed for the show will be included in the episodes that finally go to air.

The series was announced in May, with the premise that Josh and Christina would be competing as a team against Tarek and Heather to see which couple could flip a house more profitably.

However a wrench was thrown in the works when Josh and Christina filed for divorce on July 16 - just over two years after they tied the knot.

'They are in production of The Flip Off without Josh. They're moving forward with the show without him,' a source told Us Weekly the following day.

The change may not come as a surprise to Heather or Tarek as the source also claimed that Christina and Josh's split was not 'sudden' and that they 'have had issues for a while.'

The Flip Off is set to air on HGTV in early 2025 with a two-hour premiere.

At the time of the initial announcement, HGTV wrote: 'During the series, Tarek and Christina, along with their new partners - real estate agents Heather Rae El Moussa and Josh Hall - will compete to see who can find, buy, renovate and flip a house for the biggest financial gain (and a chance at major bragging rights).'

The original description is still up on the HGTV website. Josh has also yet to remove promo posts for The Flip Off from his official Instagram page.

Heather and Tarek have not commented publicly on Christina's split or any alleged changes to The Flip Off.

Tarek exchanged vows with Heather in 2021 - three years after he and Christina finalized their divorce - and share baby son Tristan, one.

Christina was married to Tarek from 2009 to 2018 and shares two children with him - daughter Taylor Reese, 13, and son Brayden, eight.

Her next husband was the British television presenter Ant Anstead from 2018 to 2021, and they welcomed a son called Hudson, four.

Christina and Tarek rose to fame together as co-hosts on HGTV's Flip Or Flop, which first premiered in 2013.

Although they managed to continue hosting the show until 2022, a conflict between the divorced couple famously spilled out in public in July 2021, when they were observed getting into a heated argument on set.

At the time, sources told TMZ that Tarek was angered after Christina tried to tell him and some crew members on set that it was time to resume filming.

That set him off, and he allegedly shouted that he 'made' his ex-wife and called her a 'washed-up loser.'

He also brought his now-wife Heather into the argument by insulting Christina and reportedly saying his future wife was wealthier and more attractive than her.

Sources close to Tarek later said that he was upset with Christina before the outburst after she revealed that she had smoked hallucinogenic toad venom with Josh.

Soon after fight, it was announced that Flip Or Flop's 10th season would be its last.

News of Christina's divorce — her third in less than 10 years — was reported by TMZ on Tuesday.

According to the outlet, Christina and Josh filed for divorce on Tuesday, July 16, citing irreconcilable differences.

It was claimed that the Christina In The Country TV stars submitted their paperwork in Orange County, California. The ex lovebirds stated July 8 was their first day of separation.

Josh is asking for alimony from Christina and does not want to have to give her any money, the site added.

It was also claimed that Joshua has asked the court to 'divvy up what was theirs respectively before they got married.'

The reality TV stars wed in October 2021 and have no children together.
