Elon Musk's ex Grimes has spoken out in support of the X CEO's transgender daughter.

The musician - who dated Musk for years and mothered three of his children - made her opinion known on Musk's platform on Thursday, amid his online war with 20-year-old Vivian Jenna Wilson.

It started when the Tesla boss claimed in an interview this week that Wilson - formerly Xavier - was 'killed by the woke mind virus' spawned by the mass media.

This spurred a response from Wilson, who also took issue with a a tweet from her father that claimed she was born 'gay and slightly autistic.'

In a post to her own page, Grimes - real name Claire Elise Boucher - defiantly declared: 'I love and am forever endlessly proud of Vivian.'

It comes in the midst of Musk's online war with 20-year-old Vivian Jenna Wilson, whose mother is Musk's ex wife Jennifer Justine Musk

As of Friday morning, the post has been viewed more than three million times and is rapidly approaching 100,000 likes.

It also spurred a slew of replies, several of which Grimes, 36, openly answered.

'I'm glad you love Vivian and I know Elon does too,' wrote an onlooker that billed themselves as a 'Retired biz owner, Wife, Mother, Patriot, fan of X and Elon Musk, [and] lover of God's Word'.

'Vivian was created in God's image and is due respect always,' the commenter continued.

'However, as great as human creativity can be, it's not great when you're changing what God created. And you simply can't change your dna.'

To this, Grimes swiftly replied: 'God gave us hands to build cathedrals, rockets to the moon. 

'It's clearly divine to make use of God's greatest gift to humanity, which is creativity.'

At this point, another chimed in - this one advertised as 'Debora, Jesus follower.'

'Not when it comes to HIS perfect design of our bodies,' she argued. 'We're not supposed to mess with that. And that is because in the end, and it may be many years, it will destroy us ultimately.'

Her initial post spurred a slew of replies, several of which Grimes, 36, openly answered - respectfully addressing some religious onlooker's qualms

To this, the Oblivion singer stated: 'I am not Christian but I respect ur[sic] Christian God.

'[I] have Christian friends and sometimes join them for their holidays or heed their teachings.

'But I do not hold this world view, and I too enjoy changing my body with tattoos and stuff,' she added 

'[I]f we're made in God's image, and he gave us the capacity to change it, beautify it, make it unique, that is God's image too.

'For me God is the universe, not just infinite, but infinite possibility,' she concluded.

Musk, 50, said back in September 2021 that after three years together, he and Grimes were 'semi-separated', but still 'love[d] each other,' and see each other occasionally.

Grimes would officially end her relationship with Musk the following year, roughly four years after they were first romantically linked.

In that span, they had three children  - son X AE-A-Xii, daughter Exa Dark Sideræl and son Techno Mechanicus, or 'Tau.'

Last year, the performer sued Musk over parental rights - filing petition 'to establish parental relationship' on September 29 in the Superior Court of Francisco. 

A few days before, she addressed the situation, accused Musk of not letting her see one of their sons.  

'Hey I wud prefer not to breathe any more life into this current press cycle but I want to de-escalate,' she wrote in a tweet

She then took aim at Shivon Zilis, with whom Musk welcomed twins Strider and Azure in November 2021, and reportedly a third child earlier this year.

'I spoke with Shivon at length finally, which was long overdue,' Grimes continued. 'This wasn't her fault, plz don't be angry at her! We respect each other a lot and we're excited to become friends and have the kids grow up together.'

The songstress concluded by mentioning her youngest. 

'I wish I could show u how cute little Techno is ... but my priority rn is keeping my babies out of the public eye.'

The current status of the case, or whether it remains ongoing, to this day is unclear, as all court records relating to it were sealed.

It began with Grimes sharing a clip from the video game 'Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty,' in which a character she voices performs a song onstage in a holographic spider web.

'Cool concept for an irl performance,' Musk wrote in response.

Grimes replied, 'True - could be sick with projection mapping.'

Meanwhile, the conflict between Musk and his daughter with Jennifer Justine Musk - with whom he split in 2008 after eight years - continues to brew. 

He has fathered a reported 12 children over last 22 years, while publicly preaching about his view that the world is underpopulated. 

Wilson legally changed her gender to female and her name from 'Xavier' to Vivian Jenna Wilson in 2022, while revealing in court filings she 'no longer wishes to be related' to Musk 'in any way'.

Vivian filed the petition just three days after her 18th birthday, though the court documents weren't made public until the day after Fathers Day.

Meanwhile, on Fathers Day, Musk tweeted prior to the revelation of her filings: 'I love all my kids so much.'
