Commander can be integrated in the User Journey Orchestration pages to provide insights into user actions. The tag manager can be set up to track user behavior on the pages. The product generates tag events on every UI element screen.

Two types of tag events are generated:

  • View

  • Action

Tag manager integration is supported via JavaScript insertion.

CSP security policies for both scripts and images can be defined as a configuration, thus making it secure to embed a JavaScript code snippet in the UI.

Submit the custom tag JavaScript code snippet to Thales, so it can be injected on all pages in the locations accepted by the tag manager.

Prerequisites:

  • The tag manager should include user identifiers in the events that are generated. The OneWelcome Identity Platform assumes that tag managers do so by using cookies that are shared between pages of the entire set of applications (OneWelcome Identity Platform applications and other applications).
