Indigestion is caused when the already acidic liquid in your stomach becomes even more acidic and it destroys your stomach lining even faster then it usually does (your stomach lining replaces every 4 hours). The best way to get rid of indigestion is to take an indigestion remedy. They are alkaline which weakens the acidic liquid in your stomach. |
