When you work with Orchard, you'll be matched with an Orchard agent local to your area to help you sell your current home. There are many team members who will be working behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly.
What is the Concierge service?
Orchard’s Concierge service helps you get your home show-ready so it can attract more buyers and sell faster. Our team will recommend repairs, upgrades, and curb appeal enhancements you should make to your home in order for it to stand out. Plus, we manage all the work on your behalf. There is no upfront cost to use the service and it can be added to the Move First, List With Orchard, or Buy & List programs.
How much does it cost to use the List with Orchard service?
When you work with Orchard to sell your home, you’ll pay a listing brokerage fee (typically 3%) of your home sale price.

You and your Orchard agent will also review other costs associated with selling your home, including closing costs, taxes, and any buyer’s agent fees you may choose to cover.
