The entire process was smooth and I never needed to worry about showing the house or if the house was liked or not, or if the house would sell. I had complete confidence in our agent. He also explained to me everything that was happening with the concierge and sale of the house. I had the best experience and highly recommend to everyone that the best way to sell and purchase a house is with Orchard. I wanted to look for the best property for a venture I was working towards and Orchard allowed me that time. Each home I was interested in was quickly shown to me by the Orchard team. There was no waiting.

It was great to get some equity first to purchase the new home and then receive more once the old home sold. Orchard made it super simple. Having time after closing on the new home to move from the old home. The low pressure to be ready to sell was nice. Orchard made it very easy to view any homes we wanted to see. Then once we found the right one our agent was wonderful to help negotiate and get everything done! The home sold in 4 days! I think we could have listed a little higher and still would have sold quickly, but we're advised to stay on the lower end. Would have liked to have tried for a little more. But overall it was super fast and easy!

This program allowed my family to avoid the extra burden of moving more than 1x. The program seem “too good to be true”. Every step of the way I was updated and could always go to my dashboard to check the status or review documents. Highly recommend this program to anyone that needs to sell prior to moving. The ease of actually selling my old home. The concierge services was very nice. Listing and negotiating price. In addition to not having to go contingent on my new home. That was amazing! Awesome program and company. If it wasn’t for Orchard I don’t think I would have been able to finally purchase my own single-family home.

I first tried the conventional way of getting a realtor to first sell my house. Each realtor told me how difficult it would be and it would be a long process due to first having to pay to get my house ready to sell. With orchard, I started looking at houses right away and orchard would take care of getting the house ready after I moved out. Didn't expect to move but didn't take long to find a house, and my house sold rather quickly for the price I was asking for.

Orchard stuck with me when the the goings got rough—and there were plenty of occasions. I wrote a 5-page review that was sent to Orchard management. My meager expression of my gratitude and appreciation. Too many highlights. You have to read my 5-page review. It’s with corporate office. All real estate companies should be like Orchard.

After choosing Orchard everything went just as the ad on the radio described. We are very happy that we chose Orchard and felt it went very well at each stage of the journey. Orchard was organized followed through quickly and very professionally. Our agent did an excellent job and we couldn’t have asked for better. She was always on top of everything throughout the whole process.

The whole process was smooth and made it a stress free move. Not having to worry about home showings while having a house full of kid stuff makes things easier and definitely helps buyers see the potential of your home.

The entire experience was so satisfying and was as simple and easy as it was presented. My whole team of Orchard members were the nicest, helping and always avaiable. The whole Orchard experience is a highlight. Working with Mary and Chris was great. The Touring Team member that was assigned to showing us the homes we requested was Very impressive. Not only did she show us the house, but she went as far as to get the age of the HVAC, Hot Water Heater, appliances, etc. Impressive indeed. This was the best home buying experience we have had! My listing agent is the best of the best. She was kind helpful, knowledgeable, prompt, and tolerated my warp since of humor.

All of the agents who assisted me provided great customer service, attentive, knowledgeable and it was very low stress. If I asked questions, they were answered quickly. It was a great experience and I have already suggested Orchard many times to others.

Agents were wonderful. They stepped up to when the sellers agent provided incorrect information while remaining calm and professional. Orchard allowed me to purchase new construction without the worry of selling my home before my new house was ready.

The move first program was exactly what we needed to put ourselves in a better financial position, the fact that we were able to buy the home we truly wanted and did not have the stress of a contingency or fear of losing to another Buyer. Our agent was fantastic! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and you could tell he truly cared about what we wanted. I too am in real estate so had a vast understanding of the process but selling your own home is a different ballgame. He brought up things that I did not think of being in the "Sellers" seat and this was appreciated!
