ADX-71149는 JNJ-40411813 및 JNJ-mGluR2-PAM이라고도 하며, mGlu2 수용체의 선택적 양성 알로스테리 모듈레이터다.[1][2][3] 아덱스 테라피틱스와 얀센제약이 조현병 치료를 위해 연구하고 있다.[4] 불안 우울증 치료(불안증상이 있는 주요 우울증)를 위해 이들 업체가 연구하기도 했지만 임상시험에서 일부 효능이 관찰됐지만 이 적응증에 대한 추가 개발을 보장하기에는 역부족이었다.[5][6] 2015년 현재 ADX-71149는 조현병 임상 2상이다.[4]
