드로모티방성

Dromotropic

드로모티방스라는 용어는 그리스어 Δδμος 드로모스에서 유래되었는데, '달린다'는 뜻, 코스, 경주라는 뜻이다. 드로모티안성 물질은 AV 노드의 전도 속도(사실상[1] 지연의 크기)에 영향을 미치는 물질이며, 이후 심장의 전기 충격 속도에도 영향을 미친다.[2][3]

양의 드로모트로피는 전도 속도를 증가시킨다(예: 에피네프린 자극), 음의 드로모트로피는 속도를 감소시킨다([4]예: 질 자극).

dromotantious인 작용제는 종종 (항상 그렇지는 않지만) 비등방성 및 연대기성인 경우가 있다. 예를 들어 부교감 자극은 대개 부정적으로 연대기적, 드로모티적 자극이지만, 부랑신경이 내측심실 심근에 영향을 미치지 않기 때문이다.[citation needed]

베라파밀과 같은 비디드롭디리딘 칼슘 채널 차단제는 심장조직의 느린 내부 칼슘 전류를 차단하여 음극성, 연대기성, 비등방성 효과를 가진다.[5] 이 (및 다른) 약리학적 효과는 이러한 약물을 협심증 치료에 유용하게 만든다. 반대로 심장전도와 브래디리듬미아에 증상장애를 일으킬 수 있고, 좌심실 기능 부전을 악화시킬 수 있다.[6]
