Youth Basketball Programs

Ages 3–14 years

Join the fun of basketball with the organization that helped create the sport!

In addition to being fun, playing has many physical and mental benefits. Basketball provides a good cardiovascular workout by building endurance and increasing both speed and agility. This team sport also improves concentration and self-discipline while enhancing self-confidence.

Youth Volleyball Programs

Ages 7–14 years

The Y offers a variety of volleyball programs that are guaranteed to serve up a fun time!

Learn the fundamentals of serving, bumping, and setting in a fun atmosphere. Volleyball promotes sportsmanship and teamwork as well as individual development. Volleyball is a sport that has many health benefits which include strengthening the cardiovascular and respiratory systems as well as improving hand-eye coordination.

Youth Soccer Programs

Ages 3 - 6 years

Soccer is a team sport that’s a great way for kids to have fun while learning sportsmanship and teamwork.

Soccer helps kids build endurance, increase muscle tone and bone strength, and promote heart health. Kids will learn the basics of soccer in a safe and fun environment. They’ll be taught how to properly kick, run, and attack the goal. Traditional soccer is played outdoors, and factors like field size and the number of players on the field vary based on age groups.

Youth T-ball Programs

Ages 3–6 years

Youth T-ball at the Y is a great opportunity for children to learn the basics of t-ball in an exciting, supportive environment.

Children will learn how to catch, throw, and hit the ball off a hitting tee. The focus of these leagues is to have fun, meet new friends, and play in a non-competitive space.

Youth MMA/Karate

Ages 7 years+

Discover the power of Mixed Martial Arts at YMCA for young minds!

Boost your physical strength, flexibility, balance, control, discipline, and spirituality. Join our program where you'll train alongside peers who share your skill level. Start with basic stances, punches, blocks, and kicks, and work your way up to mastering advanced techniques and defense strategies.

Youth Cheer

Ages 4 years+

Get ready for an exciting, fun-filled sport that helps kids form friendships and boost their self-confidence!

Our YMCA youth cheerleading program focuses on teaching the fundamentals of cheerleading through an instructional league. Participants will learn basic tumbling, cheers, stunting, and a routine. Youth Tennis Programs

Ages 5 years+

Get your child started on their tennis journey with our comprehensive and dynamic programs. Designed to cater to athletes aged 5+, our tiered and skill-based approach ensures every player progresses through all the crucial stages of tennis development. Not only will they improve their game, but they'll also develop a passion for tennis, enhance their physical fitness and coordination, and gain essential life skills along the way. Youth “JR” Pickleball

Ages 7+

Juniors Pickleball Program focuses on developing a lifelong love of sports as children improve their eye-hand & foot-eye coordination, agility, balance, strength, and endurance. Students learn proper stroke production and the rules of the games in a positive, fun, & supportive environment. Previous students also focus on conditioning, strategy, and teamwork as they begin to enjoy competition and tournament play.

Private Training


Ages 8+

Take your game to the next level! We offer private, one-on-one, basketball & volleyball training for children ages 8 and up. Sessions will be designed according to players’ abilities and goals, allowing for targeted skill refinement and maximum progression.
