HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -The summer drought rolled on Thursday as the heat remained in check. Highs made 90 Huntington-Ashland-Ironton and 88 in Charleston before middle school football games. Still with low humidity and a clear sky, no complaints came from most enjoying the outdoors. Yes, we need rain as we have mentioned ad-nauseum all summer long. But face it, with festivals, fairs and football games galore, the notion of dry weather is still desirable.
