there should be a program where you vote early and then get put in a medically induced coma until the election is decided. I’m not strong enough to do this shit for another 2 weeks.

Something I loved about Twitter when it existed is you could complain about shitty stuff companies did and it wasn’t uncommon for that company to be shamed into fixing it. Now that’s done. Twitter is still “there”, technically, but the thing that gave it its power is that everyone was there! Now they’re not and companies have gone back to screwing people with no ramifications.

I’m currently waiting for a rental car at Boston Logan airport. Thrifty. It’s 2:26 a.m. I’m not the only one.

I firmly believe that it was this power that was one of the key motivators for Musk buying Twitter. He WANTED it to fail. It was one small check on corporate America, and now it’s gone.
