Charles Glynn Prideaux-Brune was born on 2 April 1821.2 He was the son of Charles Prideaux-Brune and Frances Mary Glynn.3 He married Hon. Ellen Jane Carew, daughter of Robert Shapland Carew, 1st Baron Carew and Jane Catherine Cliffe, on 29 July 1846.4 He died on 16 October 1907 at age 86.2
