Henry Thomas Liddell, 1st Earl of Ravensworth was born on 10 March 1797.1 He was the son of Thomas Henry Liddell, 1st Baron Ravensworth and Maria Susannah Simpson.1,2 He married Isabella Horatia Seymour, daughter of Lord George Seymour and Isabella Hamilton, on 9 November 1820.2 He died on 19 March 1878 at age 81.1
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He was educated at St. John's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Tory) for Northumberland between June 1826 and 1830.2 He wrote the book The Wizard of the North and other Poems, published 1833.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for North Durham between 1837 and 1847.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Liverpool between 1853 and 1855.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Ravensworth, of Ravensworth Castle, co. Durham [U.K., 1821] on 7 March 1855.1 He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Liddell [E., 1642] on 7 March 1855.1 He was created 1st Baron Eslington of Eslington Park, co. Northumberland [U.K.] on 2 April 1874.1 He was created 1st Earl of Ravensworth [U.K.] on 2 April 1874.1

Arthur Thomas Liddell, 5th Baron Ravensworth was born on 28 October 1837.2 He was the son of Reverend Hon. Robert Liddell and Emily Ann Charlotte Wellesley.1 He married Sophia Harriett Waller, daughter of Sir Thomas Wathen Waller, 2nd Bt. and Catherine Wise, on 9 October 1866.2 He died on 12 November 1919 at age 82.2

Benjamin Bloomfield, 1st Baron Bloomfield of Oakhampton and Redwood and Harriott Douglas, on 4 September 1845 at Lamesley Chapel, County Durham, EnglandG.1 She died on 21 May 1905 at age 83 at Bramfield House, Hertfordshire, EnglandG.1 She was buried on 26 May 1905 at Loughton, County Tipperary, IrelandG.1 Her will was proven (by probate), at over £58,000.1
