Friday, 2:42 p.m., Gordon M. Sullivan, 46, of Salamanca, was cited for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Police said Sullivan was issued an appearance ticket for a court date.
Friday, 3:30 p.m., Harry J. Radke, 47, of Salamanca, was arrested for petit larceny and held pending arraignment in municipal court.
Friday, 10:28 p.m., Wesley T. Donahue, 43, of Salamanca, was arrested for fourth-degree criminal mischief and held pending court arraignment.

BOLIVAR — Bonnie J. Lanterman, 62, of Wellsville, was arrested at 1:22 p.m. Saturday on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree, both class A misdemeanors, as well as aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving with a suspended registration. Lanterman was issued an appearance ticket and released.
