PROFESSIONAL CAREER

NBA Transactions: Selected by the Detroit Pistons with the 53rd overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft on June 27, 2024… As part of a multi-team trade, draft rights traded by the Detroit Pistons to the Memphis Grizzlies on July 6, 2024… Signed a two-way contract with the Memphis Grizzlies on July 8, 2024.

BEFORE NBA

Played one year (2023-24) at UConn, where he helped guide the Huskies to the 2024 national championship as the starting point guard… Started all 40 games for the Huskies and averaged 14.3 points, 4.9 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.5 steals in 33.0 minutes while shooting 48.4% from the field, 44.0% from 3-point range and 91.1% from the free throw line… Selected All-Big East First Team (2024) and named to the NCAA Final Four All-Tournament Team (2024)… Before transferring to UConn, played one year (2022-23) at Rutgers… Started all 34 appearances for the Scarlet Knights and averaged 13.2 points, 3.8 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 2.0 steals in 31.5 minutes while shooting 44.4% from the field, 43.4% from 3-point range and 89.4% from the free throw line… Named All-Big Ten Honorable Mention (2023)… Before transferring to Rutgers, played three years (2019-22) at Loyola Maryland… Appeared in 58 games (42 starts) with the Greyhounds and averaged 14.6 points, 4.2 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.4 steals in 32.4 minutes while shooting 47.1% from the field, 38.8% from 3-point range and 85.1% from the free throw line… All-Patriot League First Team (2022).

Born April 6, 2000 in Davidsonville, Md. outside Baltimore... A four-time All-American lacrosse player at Loyola Maryland, winning the Tewaaraton Award as the nation’s top player as a senior… Six-time letter winner at Boys’ Latin School of Maryland and named 2019 Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association Player of the Year.
