Greystar is expanding its Marlowe by Greystar brand. The real estate company announced Marlowe Palomar Heights and Marlowe Naples in September, both new areas of operations. Marlowe Palomar Heights is the first of its brand in California, with move-ins expected this fall.
“Marlowe Palomar Heights offers versatile unique floorplans and premium amenities, filling a gap in the market for new, upscale rental options and helping reinvigorate historic downtown Escondido," said Jeff Carlson, Senior Associate, Development with Greystar, in a release.
The community features 258 apartment homes, 162 townhomes, co-working areas and electric vehicle charging.
“Marlowe Naples is the first community developed and built by Greystar in the Naples[, Fla.,] area,” said Ana Pedrajo, Senior Director, Development with Greystar, in a separate release. Completion for the Naples community is scheduled for the first quarter of 2025.
Marlowe Naples is minutes from golf courses and the beach and will include a resort-style pool, pickleball court and private balconies.
