The National Apartment Association Education Institute’s (NAAEI) Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) exam was recently reviewed, and it was discovered that one question was miskeyed, in that the correct answer was not being scored as correct. This error impacted the results for five (5) people since the exam form was published in 2019. We have taken steps to notify the individuals and rectify this situation.
We are putting operational measures in place to mitigate this kind of issue going forward. Please contact the NAAEI, Director of Credentialing and Accreditation, Amy Allen, [email protected] with any questions.
