Year 3 of FSU Diesel Days! Yesterday was the grand finale of this year’s Diesel Days, and our excitement was through the roof! We celebrated our love for Valley Truck Parts and passed on our expertise to the next generation of students. It was truly an unforgettable day! Last night, Valley Employees and their families gathered for the Atonne Group, Inc. Family Fun Run/Walk 5K. The event featured a taco bar, an ice-cream truck, and prizes, all in support of the Mental Health Foundation of West Michigan. It was a perfect evening to get active, raise awareness, and connect with our sister companies, their team members, and families. The weather couldn’t have been better! A big thank you to everyone who participated. Special thanks to our guests from Trinity Health and our wellness partners from The McCahill Group for bringing the games. We’re already looking forward to next year’s event!

Each year, we host a charity extravaganza event that brings our Atonne family together for a great cause. Here’s what makes our event special: • Purposeful Fundraising: Every Atonne company selects a charity of choice—a cause close to their hearts, raising funds to make a difference. Whether it’s mental health, education, or environmental conservation, our collective efforts matter. • Healthy Competition: The company with the largest participation by group size and the one that raises the most funds by group size will earn an additional generous donation from Atonne. It’s not just about winning; it’s about amplifying our impact. • Mental Health Matters: Valley Truck Parts chosen charity this year is the Mental Health Foundation of West Michigan—which is doing vital work. They promote mental health awareness and increase behaviors that prevent suicide through education. With knowledge comes the confidence to take action. Learn more at www.benice.org/about. We kicked off the event with Floats for a Cause, where employees donated what they wanted for a root beer float. We then ramped it up with a Vacation to Paradise raffle event, where employees had the chance to win 3 days of extra PTO. And we ended with a splash, quite literally, with a dunk tank! It was a truly fun experience with all! In total, we raised a significant amount, and Valley is graciously matching this amount for a grand total that doubles our efforts! We will end the celebration with a 5K Walk/Run event involving all Atonne Group, Inc. companies, which we are looking forward to this week!

Celebrating 70 Years! A heartfelt thank you to all our customers, employees, vendors, and family members for joining us in celebrating this incredible milestone. Recap of Mental Health Awareness Week! We are delighted to share that Mental Health Awareness Week, which took place from August 12th to August 16th, was a tremendous success! Last week was dedicated to promoting the importance of mental health and well-being, and we had a series of fun activities that engaged everyone. Activities included a donut pep rally with special guests & founder of Be Nice., Christy Buck herself, a gratitude wall, a Be Nice. movie viewing with popcorn (of course!), a mental health awareness brain teaser quiz, and an ice-cream social with the Be nice. pledge banner signing. Remember, Be Nice. stands for Notice, Invite, Challenge, and Empower—a mission we’re all about! Throughout the week, we came together to recognize the significance of mental health in our lives. By participating, we fostered a supportive and open environment where everyone felt comfortable discussing and prioritizing their mental well-being. Each day, participants (employees) earned raffle tickets for our grand prize drawing. Thank you to everyone who joined in on the festivities and helped make this week a memorable and impactful one. Valley Truck Parts had an amazing day! We want to express our heartfelt thanks to our friends at Merle Boes, Inc. (Eric Miller & Amanda Sheldon) for hosting a wonderful employee appreciation lunch. Our team had a great time enjoying a delicious meal in the beautiful sunshine, and we are extremely grateful for the partnership and support that made this special afternoon possible! We'd also like to extend a big thank you to Kim Kelly with Trinity Health for joining us and assisting in distributing cookies to our team members today. We deeply appreciate all our Healthcare Navigators at Trinity for their ongoing support of our employees.

Valley employees had the pleasure of participating in a fantastic Lunch n' Learn session with the YMCA yesterday around the topic of Blue Zones. We are grateful for our continued partnership.
