Last year, 75 high school students learned professional skills, practiced interviews, and built resumes through our after-school workshops. But these students didn’t just gain new skills—they discovered their strengths and how to communicate them, setting the stage for future success. You'll hear from two students who participated in last year's Career Readiness Academy in this video.

Mrs. Aguirre, a first-grade teacher at Birch Elementary School, used an Academic Opportunity Fund grant from Impact on Education to offer one-on-one tutoring to students who needed extra support in reading. Watch the video to hear more about the progress her students made. Last year, we provided over $150,000 in educator grants across Boulder Valley School District, funding more than 140 school projects, activities, and materials.
