Medical Affairs

Medical Affairs

Medical Affairs professionals serve as the bridge between the life science industry and the wider medical community. With increased collaboration between life sciences companies in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, the sharing of research and resources, and the US spend on pharmaceuticals reaching almost $500 billion in 2022, the Medical Affairs market is replete with exciting career opportunities.

As the ability to handle the high level strategy from clinical trials through to launch becomes increasingly valuable, the demand for skilled professionals has skyrocketed. However, finding the right talent for Medical Affairs roles isn’t easy. EPM Scientific can make all the difference by sourcing the right professionals for the job and solving your talent challenges.

Don’t just take our word for it

“I have worked with EPM Scientific as a client and a candidate. In my 20- year pharma career I can say that they are the most knowledgeable, supportive, and quietly driven recruiters I have worked with while interviewing for a role. My recruiter took the time not only to fully understand the company’s needs, but also worked to know my skillset and wishes in my next career move. Although, I didn’t accept that role, I was so impressed that I reached out again for help hiring for an expansion with my new Field Medical team. I am certain that I would never have been able to double the size of our Immunology MSL teams in 3 months without the exceptional candidates that the team brought forward. Due to their diligence in understanding the profile and skillsets that we needed, we were able to quickly screen, interview and hire a team of bright, diverse, and driven MSLs across our portfolio.” - Head of Medical Science Liaisons, Janssen

“Working with EPM Scientific has been a great pleasure. Their professionalism and dedication to the job is palpable; their knowledge of the Medical Affairs function is a welcome bonus. Upon giving a job description, we started receiving qualified candidates within the week. They constantly sought feedback on candidates to ensure that only qualified candidates were sent who met the qualifications on paper, but also possessed the intangibles that an employer seeks. I would not hesitate to work with EPM Scientific again.” - VP of Medical Affairs, Connect BioPharma
