Lovely hotel in a lovely place. We intended to stay just for one night but as the hotel was so nice, we stayed for 4 days.

Kingsgate Hotel Paihia offers a memorable waterfront location, just 100 metres from Paihia wharf. The hotel offers views across the Bays brilliant blue sea and out to Russell. Location perfect, breakfast good and value for money.

Terrific location in Kaikohe on the main street. Easy to find and run by a wonderful manager - Mihi. Nothing was too much trouble and she made us feel very welcome. There were secure facilities for our car and bikes (we were doing the Twin Coast Cycle trail).

Very spacious room. Had all the facilities we required. The staff was very helpful too. Loved the colourful building too.

The breakfast was excellent and a highlight of our trip. It was great to be able to eat at the same location. The lodge was lovely. It felt far more relaxed and homely than staying at a hotel or motel.

Paihia Beach Resort & Spa offers luxury boutique accommodation just 20 metres from picturesque Te Tii beach. Fantastic young staff who could not do enough to help you. Lovely spacious rooms with good sea view.
