We love to stay here when we're visiting Knoxville to see shows at the Tennessee theater. It's literally across the street! The staff are always welcoming and very helpful, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast is delicious and sometimes ( like this trip) we've even gotten to meet some of the cast members from the show. It's been a favorite since we've discovered the theater.

Love going to the women’s basketball hall game, eating at Calhoun’s, seeing Pat Summitts statue, we visit with friends while here. This trip was to get my grandson’s first haircut. The lady that cut his hair was the same one that first cut our daughter’s hair.

Well, honestly, I didn't see much of Knoxville, but it was on the way to Chattanooga. And it was a good place to stay, making the rest of the drive to our destination (90minutes) convenient. Which did allow us time to check out the local sites. (we checked out the Museum of Appalachia, a living history museum, just 20 miles north of Knoxville. I told my husband about it, and since we'll be driving to Tennessee more often since my brother is moving there this year, I am excited that I can take advantage of what Knoxville and Chattanooga have to offer. I definitely want to explore Knoxville and its surrounding area over the next few years. The mountains have been calling me for years, but this was the first time I drove through this southern part of Tennessee. It's beautiful out there! I'll be back.

Traveled thru the area. Stayed two nights. Did not have much time to enjoy the offerings. City looked clean, with plenty of trees and green space. Picturesque but still has all the elements of a large metropolis.

See reviews by guests who stayed at hotels in Knoxville
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was the coldest pool we have ever used in a hotel stay. The hot tub was not super clean but sufficient and enjoyable. We got to breakfast 15 minutes before it closed and there was hardly anything left (1pc. of bread, no waffle mix, no sausage but there were some eggs) We ended up going out to breakfast which was an additional expense. The agent at the front desk when we arrived was very nice and helpful.
The hotel and our room far exceeded our expectations for the price that we paid. The hotel and our room was very clean and the front desk staff was amazing and so very nice. I booked the room through booking.com and apparently they didn't send it to the hotel. The front desk person was amazing, patient and so helpful to get us checked into our room. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the dining room. We can't say enough good things about this hotel and the staff.
The staff was great and welcoming. The room was clean and comfy. There's an indoor pool, which looked good. Breakfast was the usual breakfast-included hotel fare, but just fine for our needs.
