Meprin B (EC 3.4.24.63, meprin-b) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Hidroliza proteina, uključujući azokazein, i peptide. Hidroliza -His5-Leu-, -Leu6-Cys-, -Ala14-Leu- i -Cys19-Gly- veza u lancu insulina B
Ovaj enzim je prisutan u crevima miša.
