Horilizin (EC 3.4.24.47, Crotalus horridus metaloendopeptidaza, hemoragična proteinaza IV, Crotalus horridus horridus venomna hemoragična proteinaza) je enzim.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Razlaganje jedne veze, Ala14-Leu u lancu insulina B, Ser12-Leu u A lancu, i Ile-Gly, Pro-Ala, i Ser-Trp u melitinu
Ova hemoragična endopeptidaza je prisutna u venumu zvečarke Crotalus horridus horridus.
