Fitepsin (EC 3.4.23.40, Phytepsin) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Postoji preferencija za hidrofobne ostatke Phe, Val, Ile, Leu, i Ala u P1 i P1', ali se takođe razlažu -Phe-Asp- i -Asp-Asp- veze u 2S albuminu iz biljnog semena
Ovaj enzim je pristan u zrnima ječma.
