The card outlet is provided with two card outlet cover plates 4, the inner side of the upper part of the shell 1 is provided with a switch motor 5, a synchronous belt wheel 6 is coaxially arranged on a main shaft of the switch motor 5, the inner side of the upper part of the shell 1 is further rotatably provided with another synchronous belt wheel 6, a synchronous belt 20 is arranged between the two synchronous belt wheels 6, and one side of each of the two card outlet cover plates 4 is respectively arranged on the two outer sides of the synchronous belt 20. A diverting pulley 21 is provided on the upper part of the return conveyor belt 13 where the horizontal and vertical parts of the return conveyor frame 14 meet. The return conveyor frame 14 is provided with a return motor 12 at the lower part thereof, and the return motor 12 drives the return conveyor belt 13 to move.
The upper part of the shell 1 is also provided with a display screen 2, and the inside of the shell 1 is also provided with a control box 8. The end of the inserted link 11 is provided with a one-way card which is controlled by a motor, when the one-way card extends out, the playing card 19 can only move towards the inner side of the inserted link 11. When the one-way card is retracted, the playing cards 19 may disengage from the plunger 11. Two semicircular holes are formed in one side of the card-playing cover plate 4, when the card-playing cover plate is driven by the synchronous belt 20 to be in a closed state, the semicircular holes in the upper portions of the two card-playing cover plates 4 are correspondingly formed into complete circular holes, and the positions of the two semicircular holes can be in one-to-one correspondence with the two insertion rods 11 in the upper portion of the push plate 10.
The specific working process of the invention is as follows: when the card feeding device is used, firstly, the playing cards 19 in the card feeding bin 16 are thrown into the card feeding bin through the card feeding port in the upper part of the shell 1, the playing cards 19 entering the card feeding bin 16 are conveyed into the card clamping groove under the action of the side conveying belts 23 on the two sides, the push plate 10 moves to the relative position of the card clamping groove under the action of the electric telescopic rod 9 and the conveying steering engine 7, and at the moment, the push plate 10 is parallel to the playing cards 19 in the card clamping groove and is in a vertical state; if the front of the playing card 19 corresponds to the pushing plate 10 at this time, the pushing plate 10 is inserted into two insertion holes on the playing card 19 through two insertion rods 11 on the upper part of the pushing plate, and the one-way card on the insertion rods 11 can prevent the playing card 19 from separating from the insertion rods 11 at this time; if the back of the playing card 19 corresponds to the pushing plate 10, the pushing plate 10 pushes the playing card 19 from the card slot to the return conveyer belt 13 through the two insertion rods 11 on the upper part of the pushing plate, and conveys the playing card to the return port 24 under the action of the return conveyer belt 13, and finally enters the card inlet bin 16 again for shuffling; when all the playing cards 19 penetrate through the inserting rods 11, the playing cards are conveyed to the card outlet under the action of the electric telescopic rod 9 and the conveying steering engine 6, at the moment, the two card outlet cover plates 4 are changed from a closed state to an open state under the action of the synchronous belt 20, the two inserting rods 11 on the push plate 10 convey the shuffled playing cards 19 to the upper side of the card outlet, then the two card outlet cover plates 4 are closed again under the driving of the synchronous belt 20, at the moment, the playing cards 19 are positioned above the card outlet cover plates 4, meanwhile, the one-way cards on the two inserting rods 11 retract under the control of the motor, and retract into the shell 1 from the round hole formed by the two card outlet cover plates 4 under the action of the electric telescopic rod 9, and the whole shuffling process is finished.
