Buypass, the Norwegian software provider specializing in electronic ID and payment solutions, has joined Total Specific Solutions (“TSS”). This is the second TSS company in Norway, following Hi Tech Mobility AS. Creative IT, the Manufacturing Execution Software (MES) provider, has joined Groupe TSS in France. With the acquisition of Creative IT, TSS strengthens its proposition within the industrial and manufacturing vertical. TRIBOFILM—GMAO MAINTI4 (Mainti4), Félix Informatique (DECA, Logiform, Lug³), and DEAL SOFTWARE (Planilog) are already part of the group. Creative IT is the 18th company to join Groupe TSS in the French-speaking region. The MES Qubes engine handles production, performance, logistics, product, and process quality management and provides business intelligence KPIs. TSS DACH Leadership Summit 2024 – Moving Forward Together. We are happy to share that we held our annual TSS Leadership Summit for the DACH region this October, and the management teams of the 13 business units of the DACH region all joined in Freiburg. This year’s Summit motto was ‘Moving Forward Together,’ we can look back on two days of knowledge sharing, learning, and networking, with sessions focused around our theme. On the first day, thanks to presentations from Jasper Bollen, Guido Hardy, and Dennis Coort, we know where we came from, where we want to go, and how we can achieve our goals. Afterward, we had a nice group walk to a nearby lake for a team-building and value workshop with Ramona Kaliska. Luck was on our side, as it was not raining. On the second day, we held various bar camps to discuss the chosen topics of interest. Bar camps are small, open workshops focused on content and programs developed by the participants themselves. This improved the general exchange of ideas and resulted in finding solutions for their challenges. The participants found the TSS DACH Leadership Summit in Freiburg very inspiring. It was a good opportunity to network among the management teams of newly acquired companies with those who have been with TSS for a longer time. Total Specific Solutions strengthens its foothold in the Portuguese education vertical with the acquisition of Inovar This acquisition is the 3rd company in the Portuguese education market, following Edubox and Lusoinfo, and the 4th acquisition in Portugal, including Algardata. STI is the 11th software company to join TSS Spain and the first in the country to focus on this specific domain. STI provides financial enterprises with a software solution for automated registration of the Reservation of Title Clause (“RTC”) for financed vehicles in the Public Registry. Total Specific Solutions in Finland has acquired the logistic planning solution for the transportation industry from Procomp.   Procomp, a Finnish company offering logistics and homecare solutions, has sold its logistics software division to TSS. This company will continue as an independent company of Total Specific Solutions (“TSS”) under the name Procomp Solutions Oy (“Procomp”). Procomp delivers advanced logistics planning tools and methods to tackle any challenge within logistics.
