- The item's attributes grants the following additional bonuses:
- 120 mana, 0.5 mana regeneration and 1% flat base magic resistance.
- 10 main attack damage to
heroes. - 7 main attack damage to universal heroes.

Description
- Reduced mana regeneration bonus from 1.25 to 1.
- Oblivion Staff now requires Blitz Knuckles ( 1000
) to build, instead of Quarterstaff ( 875 ) (total cost increases ▲ from 1500 to 1625 ). - Increased attack speed bonus from 10 to 35.
- No longer grants 15 attack damage bonus.
- No longer builds into Echo Sabre .
- Now builds into the following items;
- No longer builds into Orchid Malevolence .
