2015/2016 is the first season for Dota 2 in the Collegiate Starleague. The season is split into two 7 week halves. Followed up by playoffs.

- Group Stage Play - October 4th, 2015 - February 20th, 2016
- 14 weeks of play split across Fall and Spring Semesters
- Fall semester consisted of regional groups, while the Spring shuffled the division across the nation based off final positions in Fall groups.
- Each match is a best of three

- Top 32 teams are seeded in a playoff bracket.
