Apologies for my ignorance of the mentioned rule. I posted the announcement here and wanted to notify a contributor of it.

I know now that I am not supposed to message users' talk pages and I will not post on contributors in Icelandic Wikipedia's page again. Also, I would appreciate reading more about the rules to understand them more so that I don't fall victim again. Thank you, and sorry for pissing you off, it was not intended.
