Delightful Diwali! Yesterday, we celebrated Diwali at our Mumbai office with great enthusiasm. The entire office was adorned with flowers, and a beautiful traditional rangoli welcomed everyone at the entrance. Employees donned traditional attire and enjoyed a variety of festive snacks. We played a rousing game of Housie, adding a fun and lively atmosphere to our office environment. SSOE’s CEO, Vince DiPofi, will be a featured panelist at the upcoming HeForShe Forum on Monday, participating in a discussion titled “Allyship in Action.” Moderated by Julia Hage of ANNE GRADY SERVICES, the panel will explore how men can actively support gender equality by amplifying voices, dismantling barriers, and fostering meaningful change through allyship. Leaning into learning. Next week, we’re excited to send over a dozen of our Lean project delivery experts to the SSOE-sponsored LCI Congress in San Diego. On Thursday, October 24th at 9:30 a.m. (PDT), Project Manager / Mechanical Engineering and Lean Champion Monica Steele will serve as one of five panelists participating in the “We Have a Design Manager, Now What?” session. This encore panel discussion was first unveiled at the LCI Design Forum in May and is back by popular demand.
