At Talk:Dissociative identity disorder, I noted that Dumb daisy is likely Vanished user 54564fd56f45f4dsa5f4sf5 (talk · contribs), previously known as Tylas. As noted in the SPI archive of this case, it is likely that FrankEM is the same as User:Tylas, who at the time vanished to Vanished user 54564fd56f45f4dsa5f4sf5 (talk · contribs). Tylas has now become active once again, creating a sandbox with a copy of Dissociative identity disorder, the subject on which FrankEM's and their socks' disruptive editing got them blocked.--Atlan (talk) 08:53, 27 November 2015 (UTC)

- @Bbb23: Sure. The rename was a local rename before global rename was possible. Such a rename changed the name of the enwiki account (and therefore detached it from the global account). However, it did not delete the global account, which continued to exist with the old name. If the user logged into enwiki with their old username and password (e.g. because they didn't know the rename request had been actioned), the effect would be to recreate the enwiki account. In this case, it looks like that is what happened - the rename occurred at 18:59, 17 February 2013, and the recreation of the enwiki account occurred at 19:26, 17 February 2013. - Technically, the original Tylas account is older than FrankEM (same year, 2006, but earlier in the year). I don't see the point of changing the name of the master at this point, but I'll wait for a clerk to make that determination. If the clerk wishes to move this to Tylas as the master, then everything should be tagged and retagged accordingly.
